"Spectacular place. They made us welcome at the bar (they were booked out) and we were treated with seeing the wonderful Patrick make magical with his cocktails. An amazing life story (especially in hospitality where turnover is rampant) of working up through the kitchens onto the bar. Truly inspiring and a testament to good management. Fantastic innovative food, gorgeous wine, fir a reasonable price and a very happy couple of diners!"

"I honestly didn’t think we would be allowed into this place with our dog and looking disheveled from traveling. The place looked so posh and fancy. We were pleasantly surprised by how down to earth the restaurant and the staff are. Truly bowled over by the excellent service and the high quality of their food offering. 5 star on all fronts!"

"Overall, a very good restaurant! The ambience is very nice and the staff throughout very friendly and attentive. We had a 3-course set dinner: vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Both very nice although the aubergine chunks in the veggie starter too large and undercooked (works well for most vegetable but not aubergines…). The fois gras was perfect. The noodles in the veggie mains slightly too salty and the sauce of the duck too overpowering. The fruit salad was nice but maybe a bit simple and could have done with something to mix it up such as some dark chocolate bits or mint leaves although the ice cream was great. Good choice of wines from good house wines to Chateau Petrus. Overall, great evening, excellent value for money and very happy to come back."
